Being the girl who doesn’t do any good in any sport, I got inclined with performing arts. Performing means having alot of times on stage, and with that said I spent so many times already getting ready and  finding the shades of eyeshadows that would let my eyes pop out in photos especially with the bright lights of the stage. The shades that I would usually go with are nude to orange shades and blue shades. But the past month I received the Maybelline Lumineyes Eyeshadow Palette in GN-1 which are shades of green, so I tried the palette out and I think I would want to go on stage with these shades, not only because my favorite color is green but the five colors  in the palette go really well together to make you achieve the look that would make your eyes pop out. No wonder why the palette was called Lumineyes and is part of the open eye collection of Maybelline.

I swatched the five colors on my hands to show you how the green shades appeared, they were more of the earth tones when swatched. Also, the primer that is included in the palette is better to be used last to give a little bit of shimmer rather than using it as a primer.

The Maybelline Lumineyes Eyeshadow Palette is sold at 599 pesos in the Philippines and is available in 8 color choices. I love how the applicator that is included is really nice to use for in some eyeshadows I wouldn’t really try to use the applicator included.  I also love how the formula of the product is easy to apply and doesn’t feel powdery. Besides all of these great things that I noticed, the products would last the whole day in your eyes! Maybelline never really fail to give us affordable products of great quality. I am actually planning to get myself the blue, pink, nude and dark palette shades of the Lumineyes eyeshadow palette.
