Q: What is BDJ BOX?
A: BDJ Box is a curation of premium beauty products for each subscriber. The BDJ Box Team will try to mass customize/curate all the products based on the profiles of the subscribers.

Q: What do I get with BDJ Box?
A: You will get a set of 5-6skincare, makeup and/or hair care samples that we think are fit for you, based on your beauty profile.
Q: How do you customize my BDJ Box?
A: The beauty profile quiz that asks about your face, hair, skin, and preferences will be the basis for your curated BDJ Box. You can take your beauty quiz by logging in to your account.
Q: Will you inform me what to expect from my BDJ Box? Can I choose?
A: We want the BDJ Box to be your surprise treat every month, which is why we’ve chosen not to disclose the box contents prior to ship out. :) Just fill out the beauty profile, and our BDJ Box Team will match the different products to you!
Q: What are the brands included in the box?
A: Every month, we have different brand features that will make up the curated BDJ Box for every subscriber.
Q: Do I get the value I paid or I will pay for?
A: A big YES! We try our best to maximize the amount our subscribers are paying and even go beyond the amount they pay for the BDJ Box every month.
Ordering, Payment, Shipping
Q: How do I get a BDJ Box for myself?
A: Just go to our BDJ Box page (http://bdjbox.com/box.php) and choose which plan suits you for your monthly beauty surprise. If you already have an account, you can just log in and order. You can also order as a guest and just include the details and important information needed for the order.
Q: When will I expect my BDJ Box once I subscribe?
A: The BDJ Box is shipped out every last week of the month. Once payment is confirmed, we prepare the boxes already for ship out.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For prepaid subscriptions - If you paid already and you want to cancel it, you must inform us and the payment option you chose (PayEasy or Paypal) as soon as possible so we can prepare your refund. But if you haven't settled your payment yet and you want to cancel your order, just don't pursue the transaction.

     For post-paid subscriptions - If you paid already and you want to cancel it, you must inform us and the payment option you chose (PayEasy or Paypal) as soon as possible so we can prepare your refund. But if you haven't settled your payment yet and you want to cancel your order, just don't pursue the transaction and inform us that you will not push through with your order.

Q: How do I pay for my BDJ Box?
A: Your subscription can be paid via these payment options: We have PayEasy and PayPal as payment options for the BDJ Box.
 
Q: What are the steps in ordering and paying?
A: Here are the steps in ordering your BDJ Box.

STEP 1 - Go to the BDJ Box - BOX PAGE for subscriptions
 


STEP 2 - Log in as a MEMBER or directly order as a GUEST

For MEMBERS, you will be directed to this page once you have clicked your chosen subscription:


For GUESTS, once you have clicked the subscription you want to get, you will see this page:
* Guests will be asked to fill up this form for the important information needed.


STEP 3 - You will be directed to the SHIPPING & DELIVERY page where you can edit the shipping details of your order.


STEP 4 - You will be directed to the PAYMENT & REVIEW page where you can do a last check and edit in the information you have provided.

 


STEP 5 - You will be directed to PayEasy/Paypal to complete your transaction.

For PayEasy, you will be asked to choose which payment method you originally chose.

 

  • If you are going to pay through bank, you have to check the DROPDOWN LIST and choose if it’s OVER-THE-COUNTER/ATM Banking or ONLINE BANKING. After this, you will be directed to a page where email address will be asked for the payment instructions.
  • If GCash, you will be directed to a page wherein GCash info will be asked.
  • If non-traditional outlets (i.e Western Union), you will be directed to a page where your email address will be asked for the payment instructions.

 


For PayEasy, you will be asked to choose which payment method you originally chose.

STEP 6 - After your transaction has been recorded in the PayEasy or PayPal system, you will be directed to this page.

 

 

 


STEP 7 - After the transaction, you should receive an email including the payment INSTRUCTIONS, TRANSACTION NOS EXPIRY DATE, and VALIDATION of your payment.

 


STEP 8 - If you settled your payment already ON TIME, you must receive a payment confirmation email.


STEP 9 - Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your BDJ Box for ship out already!

 

Q: What if I did not pay ON TIME and my TRANSACTION NO. is now invalid?
A: If you paid with an INVALID/EXPIRED transaction number, your payment will not pass through our system. The best thing you can do is to report to us what happened and report also to admin@payeasy.ph or admin@dragonpay.ph for the technical assistance.

    If you haven't paid yet and your transaction number has already expired, better that you just REORDER again and disregard your previous transaction. This way, we can avoid payments made using an expired transaction number.
Q: What if I paid already but DID NOT RECEIVE any payment confirmation email from Dragonpay?
A: There are two possible reasons for this:

1. You might have been able to pay using an EXPIRED/INVALID transaction number.
2. You might have forgotten to VALIDATE your payment as instructed in the payment instructions email.
